The firm is run by three partners having expertise in their individual fields of Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountant and Lawyer.

We also provide the services regarding the provisions of New Companies Act, 2013. The Company Secretarial assignments are being handled by Ms. Megha Aggarwal, Practicing Company Secretary. 

Apart from handling core secretarial works, Ms. Megha Aggarwal has wide experience in liaison with the Regional Director(s); Registrar of Companies and Ministry of Corporate Affairs. She also appears before the National Company Law Tribunal(s) across India and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.

Mr. Neeraj Sharma

The taxation assignments are handled by Mr. Neeraj Sharma, Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Neeraj Sharma has expertise in providing tailor made tax consultancy to clients. He looks after book keeping, Income Tax filing, Tax consultancy, GST etc.

Mr. Aditya Nayyar

The legal assignments are handled by Mr. Aditya Nayyar, Advocate.

Mr. Aditya Nayyar is a second-generation lawyer and has 10 years of experience in handling various civil, criminal and family disputes. He handles litigation at District Court(s); High Court(s); Supreme Court of India; National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission; State Commission for Consumer Disputes Redressal; Arbitration; Debts Recovery Tribunal; Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal and etc.
